My calendar events aren't showing up

External calendars sync on a schedule rather than instantly. If you just added a subscription, give it a few minutes. If events are still missing after that, double-check the iCal link in Settings → Calendars — a link that's been regenerated by your calendar provider will stop syncing and needs to be re-added.

A task won't save because of a "capacity" error

Duka blocks scheduling a task that would push a day over your daily capacity cap. Either shorten the task, pick a different day, or raise your daily hard cap in Settings → Calendars if it's genuinely too conservative.

I switched workspaces and I'm seeing "not a member" errors

This usually means the app still has a stale reference to a workspace you've left or lost access to. Reselect your workspace from the workspace switcher; if the problem persists, sign out and back in.

Oracle doesn't seem to know about something I just created

Search and Oracle rely on content being indexed. New items are usually indexed within moments, but if something feels stale, check Settings → Integrations → Vectorization for indexing status, or ask a re-index to run.

Can other people in my workspace see my private notes/tasks?

No. Anything marked private is visible only to its author — this applies consistently across tasks, notes, and other content, and Oracle respects the same boundary when answering questions.

The browser extension isn't saving profiles

The extension authenticates using an open, signed-in Duka browser tab. Make sure you have one open and signed in, then try again. Also confirm the extension has permission for the site you're on (check your browser's extension settings).
