Work Analytics turns your logged work sessions into a picture of how time is actually spent — as opposed to how it was scheduled to be spent.

Views

• Daily / Weekly / Monthly — pick the timeframe you want to review.
• Time-session timeline — a chronological view of every tracked session, so you can see the actual shape of a day.
• Per-function breakdown — time grouped by Function tag (Engineering, Sales, Support, etc.), useful for seeing which discipline is eating your week.
• Per-task breakdown — time grouped by individual task, useful for spotting where estimates were badly wrong.
• Daily breakdown — a day-by-day summary across the selected range.

AI insight

Each analytics view includes an AI-generated summary — a plain-language read on patterns in your data (e.g. "Most of your time this week went to Engineering, concentrated in the mornings"). Use it as a starting point for reflection, not a definitive verdict.
