Notes & Meetings

Every meeting in Duka is a single record that pulls together the meeting itself, its notes, and anything that came out of it.

Views

  • Inbox — meetings that need your attention (usually recently finished ones without notes yet).
  • Upcoming — meetings on your calendar that haven't happened yet.
  • All — the full history.
  • Analytics — patterns across your meetings over time (frequency, time spent, by type).

What's in a meeting record

  • Status and meeting type (e.g. 1:1, team sync, external call).
  • Attendees.
  • Linked note pages — agenda, live notes, and prep notes are just Notes linked to the meeting, so they get the same rich editing.
  • Transcript — if the meeting was recorded/transcribed (see Integrations for Granola sync), the transcript lives on the meeting record.
  • Summary — a synthesized recap of what happened.

Creating and editing

Create a meeting manually, or let it arrive automatically via a connected integration. Open any meeting to edit its details, attendees, or linked notes, or to delete it if it was created by mistake.

Connecting meetings to the rest of your workspace

  • Tags — tag a meeting the same way you'd tag a task or note, so it shows up in Tag Home alongside related work.
  • Tasks — turn action items from a meeting into real tasks so they don't get lost in a notes page.
  • People — attendees can be linked to records in your People directory.
