Integrations & Extension

Duka connects to a small set of external tools rather than trying to replace every one of them. Manage all connections from Settings → Integrations.

Granola (meeting notes)

Granola records and transcribes meetings. Connecting it brings AI-generated meeting notes and transcripts directly into the matching Meeting record in Duka, so you don't have to copy anything over manually.

  • Connect your Granola account from Settings → Integrations.
  • Synced meetings appear automatically with their transcript and notes attached.
  • Disconnect at any time to stop future syncing (past synced data stays in place).

Linear (issue tracking)

Connecting Linear brings your active issues onto Duka's timeline as events, so engineering work shows up alongside meetings and tasks for scheduling and time tracking purposes.

  • Connect your Linear workspace from Settings → Integrations.
  • Set a default duration for synced issues (how much time to block for an issue that doesn't specify one).
  • Trigger a manual sync any time you don't want to wait for the automatic schedule.
  • Synced issues can be tagged and tracked in Work Analytics just like any other event.

More integrations are added over time. If there's a tool you'd like connected, that's worth raising with whoever manages your workspace.
