Organizing with Tags

Tags are how Duka answers "show me everything about X" — where X might be a client, a project, or a theme — regardless of what kind of item it's attached to.

Applying tags

Tasks, calendar events, notes, meetings, and people can all be tagged. Add tags from the item's detail view; a tag only needs to be created once and can then be reused anywhere.

Managing tags

Go to Settings → Tags to see every tag and tag type in your workspace, reorder them, rename them, or delete ones you no longer need. Function tags (used for categorizing work by discipline) are managed in the same place but are treated specially in Work Analytics.

Tag Home

Click into any tag to open Tag Home — a single page showing everything connected to that tag across the whole workspace:

  • Meetings, events, notes, tasks, people, and even AI chat conversations, grouped into sections by type.
  • A date range filter to narrow the view to a specific period (e.g. "everything about this client in the last month").
  • Item counts per section, so you can see at a glance where the activity is concentrated.
  • A scoped Ask Oracle entry point — start an AI conversation that's automatically focused on this tag's content, without needing to explain the context yourself.

Tag Home is often the fastest way to prep for a recurring meeting or catch up on a project — instead of hunting through four different lists, open the tag and see everything at once.
