Settings
Everything workspace-wide is configured under Settings. Here's a map of what lives where.
| Section | What it controls |
|---|---|
| Workspace | Workspace name/identity, and workspace-level preferences. Functions (work categories) are also managed here as simple pills. |
| Calendars | External calendar subscriptions, work vs. personal marking, workday hours, and the daily hard cap. See Calendar & Scheduling. |
| Integrations | Connect/disconnect Granola and Linear. See Integrations. |
| Tags | Every tag and tag type in the workspace — rename, reorder, or delete. See Tags & Tag Home. |
| Functions | Work-category tags used specifically in Work Analytics. |
| Automations | Scheduled/automated actions running in your workspace (e.g. recurring syncs). |
| Vectorization | Search index health — see below. |
Vectorization (search index health)
Duka's global search and Oracle rely on your content being indexed for semantic search. The Vectorization settings page shows indexing coverage by content type (notes, tasks, meetings, etc.), the status of individual records, and a control to re-index if something looks out of date. Most people never need to touch this — it's there for visibility when search results seem incomplete.
Only workspace members can view or change these settings — there's no separate "admin" role today. Anyone in the workspace has the same settings access.
