Daily Workflow

Home is where most days start. It's a single-page view of everything relevant to today, so you don't need to check four different tools before starting work.

What's on it

  • Today — every task and calendar event scheduled for today, in time order. Mark items complete, snooze them, or open them for detail directly from the list.
  • Upcoming — a look-ahead at what's coming in the next few days, so nothing overdue sneaks up on you.
  • Pin Board — a persistent, editable scratch space for whatever doesn't deserve its own note yet — a running list, a quick draft, a set of links.
  • Quick actions — fast paths to create a task, jump to a template, or open the archive of completed items.

Staying current

Home refreshes itself automatically as things change elsewhere in the workspace (someone completes a task, a new calendar event lands, etc.) — you don't need to manually refresh the page to see current state.

If your day feels cluttered, use Tags to filter — Home respects the same tagging system as the rest of the workspace.

Where things lead

  • Clicking a task opens its detail panel (edit, complete, add subtasks, attach files).
  • Clicking an event opens event details and lets you log time against it.
  • The floating Work Bucket dock (visible from Home and Calendar) lets you start a timer on whatever you're focused on right now — see Tasks & Work Buckets.
